Fine Quality Cutlery: scissors, knives, pocket knives, hunting knives, shaving products.
How did you first become interested in your line of business? (if owner) - What is your background? (If owner or store manager)
It is a family owned business and was passed down to me. I am the fifth generation.
How do you differentiate yourself from other businesses in your category and area?
We ae here to not only see quality knives and scissors but you can walk in our store, ask questions, get advice, hold the item you wish to purchase and leave, hopefully feeling that you are confident in your purchase. We carry quality products at reasonable prices.
How many locations do you have and do you have plans to expand?
we only have one storefront location and our website www.heimerdingercutlery.com.

Take I-264 to exit 20 B, we are then about 1 mile down the road from Mall St. Matthews on the right hand side across from Long John Silvers.
What type of payments do you accept?
We accept Amex, MC, Visa, Discover, Checks and of course cash.
Which areas do you service?
Due to our website we are available all over.
Who owns your company or runs daily operations?
Carl E. Heimerdinger and his wife Glenna Fahle Heimerdinger. Their daughter Nicole may be working in the store when she is home from school.
What are your hours of operation?
We are open 9:30 am to 5:30 pm Mon-Fri and 10:00 am to 4:00 pm on Saturday. We are closed on Sunday.

That they love to come to the store, had the best time and learned a lot about their purchase.
